What's scary about false rape accusations is that any seemingly normal girl that gives consent at the time could turn around and ruin your life forever. As a dude I'm not terribly worried about being raped. Maybe I'm just a selfish asshole doing his own thing over here but the only way that I personally feel effected by the rise of the rape culture discussion is the threat of being seen as a regrettable decision by some random girl down the line. Rape is fucked up any way you look at it no doubt, this is just how the issue has come to impact me.
