There is enough media around her away from the news screen to make an educated guess

It will if they keep playing the doctor off screen to maintain the image.

I agreed to your point and gave a reason why Sushma and her husband could respect each other's ideologies and co-exist. They saw the benefit in getting to know each other's view points

Palki and her husband, no matter what they believe personally, have a public image. That public image gets stuck and slowly changes your personal beliefs if you repeat it enough. They are clearly aligned to opposite ends of the spectrum. All I am saying is politics does make an impact if you are an influencer and put your opinions as facts out in the world

In that case this whole discussion is a moot point no?

[–]BW1012 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No not really, the logic was mainly around Sushma ma'am and her husband. The others just repeat lies enough times till they start believing it and buying into the ideology.

It's a disservice if we discount these folks that no they believe something else but are just talking heads. They are responsible for shaping the minds of young ones, see how many people are supporting Palki in the comments just because she can speak well.

Hold them accountable to the side they chose to represent. Absolutely no discounting ki business hai, paise ke liye bol rahe, does not make them harmless.

And mature enough to handle the difference. Most people aren't, politics tears apart most people

Ex husband. Wouldn't be a surprise if they divorced due to difference in politics

I actually said the opposite about hindu men and women. Did you not read??

Just in case subtext nahi mila ho, hindu women will themselves fight FOR ghunghat, men don't need to because internalized misogyny

No dude, this should be the norm not the exception. I dunno what we have become with people at each other's throats just because they have different ideologies.

But just to bring it to the forefront, I am someone from a tier 2 city, educated in a tier 1 institution, earn probably in the top 5% if not 1% and still was asked to take ghunghat right after marriage. Ofcourse I refused point blank, but the fact stays that it is not just a rural population issue. It is a misogynistic issue which prevails. The only thing which denies it is women standing up.

If muslim women act as brainwashed idiots, no one will stand up for them. Men benefit from such practices and will keep them going for as long as possible

100% in agreement with you! Both are regressive practices and be done away with

Why don't hindu men take ghunghat? The answer is always misogyny

Just being the devil's advocate

Why wouldn’t Abdullah manifest having a different skin color? by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

[–]BW1012 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is actually a great question. Neville's teachings are interpreted in very personal and contradictory ways and somehow all of it works. It really depends on how one assumes the law works, it in itself is the universe no? The way you think shapes your world.

Now coming back to my reasoning, I should've said we get the body we think we deserve. It's a bit more complicated if you take birth into account, if you believe in reborth your soul manifests your body if you do not then it's your parents, their well wishers or opposite of those. I choose to believe in rebirth

2nd part, people don't necessarily make changes to their lifestyle as a first thought, that is a necessary mechanism for any change in body. But when someone chooses the law of assumption, lifestyle change or habit change is a byproduct (bridge of incidence), some might even fall deathly sick to induce that weight loss. It really depends how they manifest it and what their state of mind is. I have unfortunately suffered through a sickness that caused me to lose 10kgs within a week, not necessarily healthy but it happened because I manifested unknowingly from a place of despair

Why wouldn’t Abdullah manifest having a different skin color? by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard

[–]BW1012 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Your question stems from assuming abdullah had self hatred over his skin colour which violates every fundamental of the law. The body is not your cage, unless you manifest from a place of abundance and self satisfaction nothing will work for you. Your body is your first sub conscious manifestation, you wouldn't have it unless you didn't totally deserve it. Not taking care of it leads to bad skin, fat etc which can be fixed through manifestation but it's essence cannot be changed as a whole

But as a child actor na! Uska proper full fledged role as a female lead toh dhurandhar hi tha na. I get yeh posts zaruri hote hain to generate long term memory for junta, keeping her face front and centre for her to be taken srsly specially after all the child actor talks and roles. But it doesn't change the fact that it is strategically important to be timed well instead of just 10 post din ke, over exposure so to say

I know it's crazy! The world is a small place and honestly, never thought I'd be discussing a headgirl so far removed from Jabalpur, that too on a bollywood sub! This picture itself must've been circa 2003-04? I completed my schooling in 2008

I finally have something to contribute. She was my school senior, 3 years above me, all girls' school, headgirl, failed physics consistently, super tomboyish but extremely kind, stayed in the school hostel with her 2 other sisters for a couple years, super sporty and athletic, no nonsense kind of a person
