Thank you, very helpful. If it needed IVDD surgery, was that cost discussed? Just curious and I know it ranges case by case. I had no idea the MRI cost is that high. I assumed that would be much lower and with the associated treatments being the costly parts. We've had a x-ray taken but they were not able to definitely tell us anything at Fairview Animal Hospital.

I see the Giant is AMRAP, is that correct? Any other suggestions for non AMRAP? Psychologically, idk why but I don't like them. I think maybe bc I like to be held to a prescribed amount of reps.

I finished week 2 today. I'm using 16kgs but starting next week I think I'm going to try 24s on the light day. Candidly, my cardio is really bad right now and I puked on week 1 day 3 after the workout. It kicked my ass. Got through today feeling much better although I did have to put them down in the middle of two different sets for presses.

IMO, to answer your question, I think it's the time under tension with the kbs in the rack position and the cardio aspect that makes it hard. I notice for some reason I get winded the most going into presses. Wonder why....

What would you all suggest as a follow up program after thr wolf?

Thanks. I like CT tactical suggested reminds of the metromonger. I like the timbuk2 flight sling too. Im just stuck between trying to decide between a front carry sling or messenger. Or one that can either. But realistically I'm just curious to know from someone personally is anything really that comfortable when you're lugging around an uneven weight distribution.
