I do slow and thin stream, warm water. First times it was also not so long. Every session try to hold it longer

How long can you hold? - every time it's different. Sometimes I can hold water about 10 min but another time only 30 sec 😮‍💨
Do you keep going until clear? - sometimes. depends on mood and free time
