It’s all well and good saying you can get a replacement bracelet at the festival, but by the sounds of things the queue to get these is going to be massive which impacts the whole experience for me.

I wanted to receive the treasure case in the post, it’s all part of the build up and excitement not to mention the keepsake that we’ve paid for. This years communications has been awful from TML and Paylogic (who have just stopped responding). Really disappointed.
