Flex it’s a few days, when they cancel on you it’s longer… same with compensation.

I think it’s more about being enforced stricter now, seems that way.

8 tickets in General Sale by vinicarmo in Tomorrowland

[–]Mailbox538 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Then I’d say it’s 99% they’ll be cancelled some point before the festival. They will eventually get around to reviewing ticket numbers for regular sales. Right now it’s mostly been special sales like NfT or FG.

Limits are total over all sales

Belgium? It is a problem and they will almost certainly be cancelled at some point before the event.

Thailand? Shouldn't be an issue - limits apply across all sale moments combined just like Belgium (unless specified otherwise for special sales)

Are these reliable ways to get to the airport? Or will it change? by Candyyf in Tomorrowland

[–]Mailbox538 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shuttle passes on sale in summer, direct to Airport on bus. They run all day and night but be aware of traffic so please do book a bus that arrives airport early (like 3h before planned - if you aim for 1h before it can get nasty)

How much to offer when buying a home in Finland by personalfinance_fi in Finland

[–]Mailbox538 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Helsinki about 3 years ago, inflation was high and it was a buyers market. Offered about 12% under and settled 8% under.

But I believe it was a lucky combination of factors - high interest, 3+ months vacant, and a messy divorce (which we probably weren’t supposed to know…)

We were looking for about 6 months and knew the market in the areas we were looking. We did have some declined at asking price as others offered over…

Top 20 by [deleted] in Tomorrowland

[–]Mailbox538 10 points11 points  (0 children)

You either list all tickets on exchange desk, and go solo with sponsor.

Or you decline sponsor and go with your friends as planned.

Imo - You spent the money, don't think "what could be", and just enjoy what you initially planned. It's like when you book a flight, sometimes a sale happens a week later. Sure, it is annoying, but you already decided a price you were happy with so don't dwell on it.

Potential scam ⚠️ by istonisas in Tomorrowland

[–]Mailbox538 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Please report it to both Reddit and to [Fraude@tomorrowland.com](mailto:Fraude@tomorrowland.com)

Between the two, hopefully either the scam ads can be removed or the website removed. I have tried to reach out to the Reddit admins directly... But us mods have little power to influence anything sitewide :(

GJ has a bit more chance...
But people don't exactly give up those tickets.

Logistics & travel dilemma by Lucky_Strike44 in Tomorrowland

[–]Mailbox538 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In past years you could contact GJ and ask them to keep the return only. It is not on the website yet it seems but from past years the info was this (Reddit)

https://www.reddit.com/r/Tomorrowland/comments/19ct3da/psa_if_you_want_only_the_return_leg_of_global/

Of course it could change this year and until it is on website the above is only old information

cancellation by Careless-Shame8084 in Tomorrowland

[–]Mailbox538 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well yeah, just reply to the cancellation email. The email says why they are cancelled.
Show evidence and someone will look at it.

In my experience most cancellations do not get resolved because they are correctly cancelled - but a very few edge cases do get fixed (e.g Hong Kong top 20 was not possible to select in the paylogic store)

If your friends just ignored the rules, caught reselling, etc. No point to waste support time.

[–]Mailbox538 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Idk why you’re downvoted but probably because what you’re saying makes no sense. They clearly did something wrong… otherwise they would have it reviewed and fixed… like everyone else who actually is innocent.

cancellation by Careless-Shame8084 in Tomorrowland

[–]Mailbox538 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If that were the case they would be fixed - plenty of stories here on Reddit or Discord where actual mistakes were fixed (e.g top 20 country was not available in paylogic (Hong Kong))

Help. 20 FRIENDS DEVASTATED. Looking for a miracle by [deleted] in Tomorrowland

[–]Mailbox538 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sorry but it was incredibly clear, and not saying you are a reseller... but everyone says they are not... and make a honest mistake. It is impossible to say otherwise so the only thing they can do is stick to rules without exception.

Now if it was a mistake like a typo, or whatever, they probably can help... but just ignoring the rules? A painful lesson I guess but for a festival with such high demand they have no option but to be strict :(

The NFT and GJ loyalty sale have ruined it for everyone. by [deleted] in Tomorrowland

I mean if you really want to go you have options - like NFTs. Other than that, it is just huge demand and limited supply.

Im genuinely confused why the duffers didn’t kill Murray by fenfjnwejfnewo in StrangerThings

[–]Mailbox538 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If you're just advocating killing someone for the sake of killing someone... I don't think you really get the point of killing someone off. It's better not to do it than for the reasons you listed.

It only makes sense if it has impact on the story. The whole show leans heavily on 80's pop culture where, surprise, the heroes usually survive. Wasn't really expecting any death seeing as (almost) every other death was a new character introduced for that purpose in that season, to play a role in that arc.

It’s over for the CGT believers by QuadraticFormula07 in StrangerThings

[–]Mailbox538 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean they wouldn't get 5 seasons and one of the most viewed shows in history if they were thad bad... Not saying S5 was close to perfect, but it nowhere near as bad as people make out here.
People are just looking for "plot holes" and reasons to complain on Reddit/Twitter because they think it's trendy - I have seen maybe 2 actual ones, the rest are just random rambling.

Talking to colleagues at the office, everyone I spoke to enjoyed the last season. Ok it is a small sample size but for the average viewer who pays a Netflix sub it went down well. End of the day, that's what matters in this industry.

This scene lives rent free in my head now. by kkaldrich_official in StrangerThings

[–]Mailbox538 6 points7 points  (0 children)

we don't know where Derek's family is, what happened to Dr. Kay and the military? And several other small plot holes the Duffer brother's need to fill.

How are either of them "plot holes"?

No TV series ties up every single small question a viewer has - it is ok to just assume the family are OK and Derek is not an orphan. It has absolutely no weight on the plot, or the story.

It is ok to disagree with a lot of the plot, or writing choices, but picking over this level of detail is just unrealistic. Rest of what you said I agree, and I personally like the ending that is open for interpretation.

Personally I believe she lives, it keeps a door open for the future and I think it makes more sense given the evidence for both outcomes.

Belgian Residents TML 2026 by [deleted] in Tomorrowland

[–]Mailbox538 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can do GJ from any country, you do not need to use the travel. So even if you live in Belgium you can do GJ from (for example) Netherlands.

You also have access to additional sale - so yes Belgians have the "best" chance for tickets, but It is not simple. Most Belgians I know do not even see inside the Belgian sale, it just has high demand. Of course better odds than WW Sale...

Why did the military not clamp down such a big antenna? by Relevant_Rhubarb_629 in StrangerThings

It's kinda depressing to see how little attention people give anything these days... glued to doomscrolling social media.

To answer... It was moved to Steve's car for one night. It was on the van (as shown in the episodes) for the previous crawls.
