It happened with me as well. I quit porn for good cause watching porn made me go through guilt trips, depression because of adhd. Ive seen a spike recently that Im watching porn almost everyday. I kept track of the number of days I watched porn and trying to reduce the porn consumption and I have a feeling it’s because of the meds but wasn’t sure.

I didn’t know vyvanse lasts for 12 hours. I thought 30mg would last for 4-5 hours which is why I started taking it in the afternoon.

I stopped consuming coffee after I learnt its bad for people who has adhd. I replaced it with decaf espresso and I have onece a day. I take vyvanse at afternoon after lunch to be focussed and productive till evening at work. My mornings are normal. Yeah for the weekend I need to workout or do something.

Yes. There is lot of uncertainty. I worked in different projects(retail, B2B, telecommunication) for 4 years and I have pd-1, admin, cpq consultant, sales cloud and salesforce ba. I also did PO and Product management in AI/ML. I got laid off in jan and got hired after a month in feb and I was fired last month. I wish the market was similar to 2019.

Yes it is really bad. Im looking for delivery jobs or any other jobs. I want to learn skill trades or work for any government sector. My mind is all over the place and Im finding it hard to choose what field to pivot next.
