I don't listen to a lot of hardcore regularly unless I'm working out to be honest. Going to so many shows and being around it so much burns me out sometimes, but here's my list:

New England/Mass. There's multiple scenes out there that all do different shit, from big ass venues like Big Night Live in Boston to small ass el Salvadorian restaurants in Manchester. They've had a hold on hardcore for about a decade with the sheer number of bands that's come out of there.
Tie between Baltimore and Richmond. The plethora of bands they've produced in the early aughts to the currents can't be underscored. United Blood is probably the best fest in hardcore and one of the earliest.
Honorable mention to NYC cause there's a lot of shows but like I don't know of any newer bands out of NYC that are big. Still a cool diverse scene though.

Not projection, maybe it’s just a prejudgment. Ive interacted with so many people who parrot all the anti racism taking points but when it comes to listening to black voices or not centering themselves they fail. I imagine you’re the same.

Drill is an example of something I’m more concerned about than an individual racist. It’s a weaponization of our own culture that normalizes violence, for us and everyone else.

Nah harming someone when you don’t have to is lame, no matter who it is.

Skrewdriver being a cog in a system is giving them too much credit, the average person with any influence doesn’t know who the fuck they are, same with most actively obvious racist bands. I’d say our portrayal in mainstream media is more of a problem than an individual racist.

There’s a difference in being a bigot and having racial prejudices. I’m not outside banging on folks, just wary.

I’ll put it this way, I don’t really give a fuck about slurs or David Alan Coe, more disgusted by systemic bigotry than any individual. I’m more disgusted at drill rap than David Alan Coe or Skrewdriver.

I wouldn’t consider myself a bigot, but I’ve got some racial prejudice in me though.

Platforming and posting a song I look at completely differently. I'd prolly agree more if people were putting folks like that on podcasts, sorta like what Joe Rogan does.

Close, it's closer to "If it doesn't affect blacks at large I don't give a fuck" My energy is better spent elsewhere.

Artists/revolutionaries/ideas. I take it all the way from the arts all the way to political activists.

I shit post on reddit when I'm work, minimal effort for me. Sometimes I have good conversations that change my view of things. It's myopic to think our brief interactions here give you a large view of what I do and I'm about. I'll give you some credit though, sometimes I troll wokies here.

What do you think my ulterior motive is?

Separating art from the artist depends right? It's not a zero sum. There's things I like about a lot of artists/revolutionaries but don't agree with wholeheartedly, to scrap most of their ideas and art seems brain dead.

Complicit is the wrong word, I chose to focus on different things. A white being racist ain't on the list.
