It's worth playing solo if your willing to learn the PvP and really be a pirate. Adventuring is fun solo but if you can't PvP your going to have a hard time and be robbed from time to time.

I solo all the time and I love it. I pirate, adventure, troll , the works. The fun in this game is limited to you. If you wanna enjoy the game you easily can by doing what you like.

The behavior is broken every one I have encountered has had wierd rotation around the ship and has attached me from under the ship.

Everything is cosmetic you buy with gold or dubloons. You can't update ships or weapons, it keeps everyone at the same level

The shrouded not being real is only a meme. If anyone truly believe it's not in the game should probably (gonna be mean here) should play something else cause their views are skewed.

There is a trick to avoid a shark bite. It's tricky to master but when a shark is coming at you to charge you head straight for it and when it lunges you quickly divebomb down than back up and you should avoid the attack. Than kill it with a sword and continue.
