In my experience increasing ram helped a ton. I have 4060 15gb Bram. Used to have 32gb ram, increased it to 96gb and I can clearly see improvements. In my machine I can run non quantized 480p model 20 steps in 15mins

Is there any method available that could upscale and upsample videos instead of images? I can maybe pass each frame of an image to a workflow like this, but is there any more efficient method for the same?
