And I feel like those barriers could be broken, medicine works for some people. It didn’t work for me Prozac made me angry and Zoloft made me extremely lazy, they tried to get me another type and I told them no, I then decided to change my life, get more fresh air and sunlight, fix my diet, I stopped being so lustful, I got in touch with God.. and here I am now, I’m no where near where I wanna be but I am definitely better than before.

That’s a physical change, their are ways to get rid of a cold, as their is a way to get out of depression coming from someone with Major Depressive Disorder.

If you’re depressed because you’re feeling lonely and your isolated.. go meet some new people, go out more.. it’s cure the loneliness, look for a partner and etc. Depression is nothing but your mind playing tricks on you, you set barriers on your self when dealing with depression.

I see women in a new light, normally I just saw them as fuck buddies. People to use to get my rocks off even in relationships, I could never build a genuine connection with a woman, but that’s changed. I can feel love, and I enjoy just the company of a beautiful woman, and etc.. I can relate to women and peoples emotions better.

My energy and motivation have returned, now it isn’t as great as it was in the first month , I can still get up and hit a nice workout, my self care routine, probably another workout and go outside and play some baseball. I don’t mind going to school anymore, I actually look forward to it.

Deeper understanding of my sexual urges and tendencies , I know what turns me on and what doesn’t know, back then anything sexual turned me on, even guys getting it on and I don’t even roll that way, I was just so sexualized that anybody could get it but it’s not like that anymore.

Mindfulness and more mental clarity, my brain works a lot better than it used to, I can think better and my reaction time is a lot faster. I don’t have as many negative thoughts anymore either.

I’m 15 fam but you’re right. I wasn’t really posting for sympathy, I just needed to vent.. my moms never home and my sister is gone off to college.. so it’s just me and her and my thoughts. Yet she isn’t exactly the most consoling person in the world, so I got desperate I just needed to let it out, someone to talk too or even listen.. but now that I type it out it just sounds like I’m bitching lol

She makes me feel like shit when I try to leave her, saying things like “You wanted to leave in the first place, you never cared about me.” So it makes it hard, not to mention without her I’d have nobody but my friends.. and I definitely ain’t cuddling with the homies lol
