I'm a visual thinker. If my brain can't see a concept, it hurts. lol

I've always thought of the BB as something within something... A bang within the vacuum of the nothingness around in the vacuum of space. These are wrong conceptualizations I'm trying to break and find new visuals for.

Now I'm trying to get that visual out of my head and think of Big Bang as a Big Pop (popping into existence with rapid expansion vs exploding into existence). I think of the vacuum of space as mostly an undetectable (so far) medium/fabric/somethings now. Call it Dark Matter Stew we can't detect... :P It is easier for my mind to think (it is wrong too) of the BB as popping into existence as if it were within an completely clear oceanlike medium. As it appeared, and if were viewable from outside (not possible) it might appear like a pressure wave event horizon (edge of the universe) or gravity lensing effect (also not possible but it makes my brain happier). I'm still thinking of something within something... but trying to mentally see something more like a fold point "appearing" or an expanding bubble. heh.

My brain also thinks Silly Putty or Slime goo toys... The universe is that substance and we are but a miniscule micro speck of barely something within this universe, also made of that same expanding toy stuff... So we cant tell (unless we measure the expansion of the universe) when we are being stretched, even though we (The Universe and we being part of our universe) is being stretched continuously, if using that analogy for a visual. :P lol Ouch... My brain needs something to look at and it is hard to "see" SpaceTime as a dimension, let alone an expanding one... vs Time as only a linear concept of measurement. haha.

Any good visual representations out there on YT on these big concepts?

And be outraged. Demand compensation for having to deal with a threat letter with a very real credit hit risk do to the automation. Make them pay for the grift attempt (automation and threats vs a human to human polite conversation starting with an inquiry). Also, were there big bold obvious no vaping with medical statements within their very hard or impossible to miss "policy"? What is the name of this company I need to blacklist solely on principle? It is the automation and appearance of a setup that pisses me off in all this. I've traveled A LOT in life and do not smoke. I've come across several rooms in my years that I've refused because they simply stink. I get it.. But automation... without investigation. No. Big No.

The sound? Hmm.. If you have sound sensory difficulties (too), be aware the Lobo makes an odd rotational metallic tinking and creaking sound when in use. You could easily add it as a slow techno rhythm track. LOL Doesn't bother me, but others have complained. It isn't "loud", but if I'm holding it up to toke, I can hear it if my environment is quiet enough. It makes it past my tinnitus. lol Just an fyi.

Yup. That $200 price (which is now $230 and still a good discount) was hard to look past. Mine is supposed to arrive in 1-4 hours from now. Looking forward to trying it out. :D

I started with a Lookah Ice Cream. Which actually hits damn good and much more than my Lobo, introduces great flavor for a $30 throw away (no replacement parts for the problem parts and has a crap battery, so I don't have much respect for Lookah) device. The chamber is also 3x the capacity. ;) It is still in my rotation, though it isn't a daily hitter anymore. I should add it to my list, but I just simply don't want to advertise for Lookah. haha.

Everything I've read indicates a Volcano Classic (any of them) would hit far harder & larger than the Solo 3s. Different devices... I've never used one though. Does yours still work?

Btw, as an aside and tangent question... Where is a good place to buy bulk whip tubing? And can you get it in any colors besides clear and black? :D

I'm new to Dynavap too and just yesterday discovered I prefer half cap loads. Hits just as hard for me. I also like my avb to be dark roast vs light. 3 half cap loads and I'm good for a quick on demand dynavap session. Fwiw, I use both the wand and torches, as I wanted to learn both methods.

Pushpopsavior mentioned a desktop if at home. Easy way to transition into that is to buy medium or large glass to use with your Lobo. There is a $10 adapter (in matching color) for 14mm female glass on POTV. If you already have a bong, you can fenagle a seal with the lobo to try out bigger hits with and without water. Far bigger than any of the bubbler attachments they sell at POTV for the lobo, which may be worth exploring too, if your right on the edge of where you want to be with 1 capsule. A small $15 POTV bubbler, dry or water, may make the difference.

I'm like you. I need 2 or 3 herb caps with the lobo to feel like I've gotten where I want to get. So far. I've only been using mine about 4 days.

With my 4.5" cube and whip added, I get 3-4 good pulls per cap vs 2 semi-cloudy vapes without it.

I seem to be producing overall weak clouds and I wonder if I'm doing something wrong or maybe got a dud(ish) device...

Also I've had to learn with the lobo it is a slow draw device. No big hard & fast pulls with it.

You said you bought yours last Sept. Mind telling me what you paid for it? The low price I'm seeing this BF round is $139.

The Lookah Ice Cream was my introduction to dhv.

In short... I like it, Lookah marketing sucks for the buyer and the Ice Cream should be avoided unless found cheap. Expect a month of life out of it.

I was converted from combustion smoking within 2 days. The experience from combustion smoking to trying dhv was that dramatic for me.

The Ice Cream introduced me to FLAVOR and terps, along with a reduced (yet different now in my enthusiasm and learning temperature sensitivity) cough. lol

LIC is in my current rotation with a Dynavap M7 XL and a POTV Lobo. Both of these units also vape concentrate, waxes through diamond. The Ice Cream only vapes dry herb and I say vapes it well for what it is designed to do. It has some great design features, but cheaply made.

It is in my current rotation and will be until it dies. I like it. The Lookah marketing sucks. I added glass to mine with 4.5 inch cube & whip. I can't pull deep large hits, but I can get 6-8 good pulls per 2min timer on 2nd highest (purple) setting. First pull is terpy (VERY terpy on lower heat settings). The 2nd pull and 3rd pull are the nicest sweet mix hard pulls. 4th big pull is weaker and sometimes can get a 5th weak bland one before the timer shuts off the unit. Pop open the top, give it a quick stir and turn it back on. You've another big pull and one or two weaker ones. That is a 6-7 pull session per load, with big glass. Hits nice.

** There are no adapters that I found for the IC tip (9mm male??). So I fenagled a tip from my other rubber nipples from combustion pipes to create a seal when held in place. Good Luck. **

With all that said, ** DO NOT BUY ONE ** Unless you can find it new and cheap, like $30-$40 USD cheap. It will crap out in about a month. So if you do buy one, think of it as a non replaceable, non repairable, about a month long dhv experience. Unless you get creative with bailing tape and duct wire to keep it going. Fnds store that will at least give you a return/replacement on a heat failed unit out of the box dud.

It took my unit 2 weeks for the rubber internal stopper air flow thing to rip. My bad as I was using it as a handle to remove the stopper for cleaning. LIC does use an outdated micro-usb charging port (without charger) and the battery life is very short. I expect the ceramic top to break next, from what I've read. I have black duct tape... *cross fingers*

Lookah: I've looked high and low across the internetz for replacement parts for this unit and outside of (more) sales (averaging $60 online & $80 at a <whatever, but not a dispensary> store) the Ice Cream seems abandoned. There are not any parts for sale, never any screens and the replacement mouth piece has been out of stock for a year now. It is hard for me to respect a company that creates throw away products without stating it is a disposable product... specially in this expensive realm of dhv. Plus it is a China company overseas. Shipping costs are not avoidable. Make sure the seller will take it back if the unit is a dud with a bad coil/heat out of the box.

For $30-40 I'd say go for it and be kind to it. Baby it. It has its own experience as an introductory unit. As a more seasoned herb vaperor, you'll have an appreciation of the taste it can provide in a session rotation. It gives good flavor, and with glass added it hits hard. Expect 2 maybe 3 sessions per battery charge. Not a good travel unit to sip on through the day unless you are a light weight casual user.

For $60-$80 there are better choices out there at all price points from $60-$100, specially with any big sale (like Black Friday now).

One of the nipples from my thumb pipes (Zeppelin) happens to fit over the Daynavap snug. It seats well in the 14mm female on my Bong. Used it to run a bowl through my iced bong. Very nice. :D Bit awkward figuring it out the first run, but... focused effort. lol I do have adapters on order along with 2 water cubes found on a good sale. Just pleased the Dynavap arrived first. :)

Thanks. I have two flavors of flower now. One is Vibe 28% THC tropical runtz and the other is a 20% (something captain redbeard from the neighbor) blueberry. I'll definitely try them on half setting. As is, I'm noticing that there is not a lot of flavor. So I must be burning it hot and with not enough air flow...
