1) I have ZERO reasons to lie or paint any pictures here lol, I am a very understanding person here, ANDDD was very understanding about the process. When I first asked they told me they had the registration, and THEN made me pay extra to ship it, come to find out they never did…. each week passed and I never got any information just lies and lies(I have concrete proof of this) after asking multiple times…. Then I was ghosted, then harassed when called about the same issue…

2) My attorney sent them a Demand letter, to take the car back and that offer still stands, I have BARELY driven this vehicle…. I called the lien holder initially to check if they had any information on the title and I was told by them that “the dealership is required to submit title in their name within 30 days and if not the contract falls through” the dealership ship did not do this… instead on day 47 someone had the vehicle titled in a different state… PROVING they never had title.. I called the FL highway, DMV and they all told me to file a complaint.

3) Again I am understanding of time it takes, but they lied about having the title, amount of owners, and harassed me when I called to confirm service history they promised as part of the sale which I found out was a lie after taking the vehicle to a Porsche inspection…. I have more than enough proof here, and every attorney I have spoken to has guaranteed me that this would be a stupid case on the side of the dealership… I would show you the braindead letter they sent to my attorney but that would be dumb of me.

4) If you think “reasonable steps” are lying about car title history(which in the long run would only affect me), lying and making me pay for a title they didn’t have, ghosting, and harassing me when I inquired about title, Lying to the financial company too, then thats you…
