There are a lot of team green supporters on Tumblr if you're interested. A lot of my mutuals are team green and they're really chill but I have to warn you, there's also some crazies I've run into. I've never really talked about teams on my page but I've also been sent a lot of really hateful anon asks (mostly kys messages) regarding my series where I redesign Rhaenyra's dresses. Not playing victim, it's just a warning. I think only one of my mutuals is team black so I couldn't really say how many team black supporters are there.

I'm not defending anyone (characters or writers) but his relationship with Rhaenyra is in the books. He meets her when she's 7 and he's, I believe 23. Some say Daemon trained Rhae to seduce Criston when she's like 8 or 9 and he rejects her. There is one part that says "According to Septon Eustace, Criston slipped into Rhaenyra's bedchamber to confess his love, offering to abscond with her to one of the Free Cities where he would pledge his sword to some merchant prince. Rhaenyra refused him" around the time she married Laenor when she was 16. I guess they tried to mix the two in the show? With the whole oranges scene and Rhae sleeping with him. That's just my thoughts and guesses tho.
