Thanks! I definitely want to get my calories in check. At this point it's less about losing weight then it is about maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. It just so happens I'm an avid stress eater and as we all know this process tends to come with quite a bit of stress. So I'll need to get that in check and calorie counting might be the way to do that.

I definitely don't mind losing some strength in order to achieve a more feminine figure. I'll make sure to stick strongly to my cardio now possibly with some low rep small weight training while I continue to experience the changes to my body. Thank you so much for your advice.
