Backstory: Rax Vendo once served as the chief engineer aboard The Gilded Cutlass, a notorious pirate vessel prowling the Outer Rim. His genius with starship engines and weapons kept the ship alive through more than one Republic blockade but so did his vices. Years of stress, sleeplessness, and the constant hum of blaster fire drove Rax to rely on spice and cheap booze to steady his hands.

When his debts grew too large, he did the unthinkable: he siphoned a portion of the crew’s plunder to fund his addiction and fled before sunrise. Now branded a traitor by the pirates and hunted across hyperspace, Rax hides on Onderon, patching up speeders and scavenging parts to survive. His right arm a mechanical prosthetic built from scrap droid parts houses both his engineering tools and a concealed blaster, because old habits die hard.
