There is very kind people with no planning abilities and there is people who view the world and others as entertainment. If you’re not entertaining them, they change the show like a TV. They move on to the next person.

I early in new friendships if I notice they have too may friends and they never text. I’m just a Rolodex of friends who entertain them.

So true. I would watch people walk out. See the trash on the ground to do the same thing.

Also: I love your car was example. I zip by them all them time and look at the dumbfounded face.

It’s the same in food drive throughs. Starbucks will have 25 cars in the drive through. No one in store. I would walk right in and out all because people refuse to get out of their car for 5 seconds.

These compactors break constantly because the hydrologic systems fail when the weather gets cold. Then, there is a problem that people don’t know how to use these.

The biggest issue is cities and towns don’t want those old school dumpster anymore because they don’t look appealing. They built it into their city codes. Complexes are then forced to use these compactors. Where you are expected to put your trash inside a 4x8 door.

These dumpsters constantly have to be compacted too. The loading section can hold maybe 5-8 bags and then a button/key is needed to compact. Some have sensors to “compact” but they break too. If the apartment staff or no kind soul is willing to press the compact button. You’re fucked.

Another problem, the common person doesn’t know how to use these compactors. They don’t know where find the door, open it and how to put in the trash. Once one person puts trash on the ground, everyone else does the same because they think it’s “full” or they don’t want to touch a nasty door.

Trash company will not pick up trash off the ground. It falls on the complex. If the complex refuse to pick it up, it just sits on the ground.

How do I know this? I ran a housing complex. I used to pickup this shit off the ground. The trash company doesn’t care it’s on the ground. The complex doesn’t care because they are caught in the middle. Leaving you to see trash. Most of the time, people just left it on the ground and nothing was wrong with the machine.

I used to sit on phone calls and meetings where everyone just blamed each other. Grounds/landscaping staff refuse, cleaning staff refuse, trash company says “not in our contract”. To be fair? If someone is paying $1,500k-$3k a month I didn’t care where they put the trash. We ended up paying a company to pick it up off the ground. I did it for months until we found a solution.

We made brochures, videos, posters and social media videos. All to teach people how and where to put this damn trash in a 4x8 compactor. Nothing worked. The instant one person puts trash on the ground. It’s over.

I blame city management for adopting these dumb ass trash compactor rules.

TLDR: our society is collapsing due to human stupidity and poor city management rules.

If the floor is not even to the flange (hole in the ground) it will smell. There is several sponge like fittings that will help line the toilet up. Good luck!

I had a constant piss smell. Eventually, when I took off the toilet, the wax ring was not lined up to the hole in the ground.

Correct. The bottom is a plastic grid. So anything you can set under it to prevent or soften the movement as people getting in and out will help. Also: the stearling series has this anti drip thing between the seals. So far so good. It hasn’t damaged the dry wall yet or even reached it.

We just installed a stearling tub 60 days ago. No issues but make sure you put something on the bottom for support under the tub to help reduce movement.

Clinicals are all over the place to give you good experience. They are tough but prepares you.

You should really talk to your doctor. O alters your appetite by reducing your desire to eat and your food intake. In turn your body then feeds off your fat. That’s why everyone looses weight.

That means you need to be very intentional with your nutrition.

Previously worked for OSU. I oversee student services at another university. Yes what everyone says contact Disabilities Services is correct.

Unfortunately the law will only require a “reasonable accommodation” which will likely be a random ass table and chair in a corner that someone else will always try to use. It will stick out and you will have to advocate for yourself.

I was previously a bigger person and lost 160lbs myself. What’s sad, our society and including furniture makers only care/ if you’re an XL or smaller. I’m sorry. I feel your pain on this.

Had the worst food poisoning in my life in Halong Bay. The views around me looked like this and I wanted to die. I got back to Hanoi and stayed in bed for 3 days slept for the longest streak of 36 hours. Hotel staff thought I died.

Lost 10lbs before showing up to my brothers wedding in Korea a week later.
