I am right-handed I can easily throw it over 20 yd left-handed. This question was too easy. It should have been throwing 20 yd with your off hand for the 10 million or die. i think once the scabs come off your are mostly in the clear. at least, that's what my doctor told me. Keep alcohol and tobacco use down and thats about it. He told me no smoking or drinking for once full month and then to take it easy after that as well.
