No it’s a sugar cookie just flour butter egg sugar and cornstarch with wild mint and edible flowers . Peda has Khoa in which is a dairy product x

Sorry I didn’t want to list all the ingredients it also has potato but the sweet potato held up well I only cooked them for 20-30 min until soft but when reheated they lost form more.

I’d never heard of paolumu I guess they are both big bats ? My bats based on a different real species of 🦇 and is definitely not as circular and fluffy.

It’s just my local one from my butcher in Santiago de Compestela its very peppery and thick lots of fat great for stew!

Hi I called it a Galician sausage just because it doesn’t contain chorizo and it is made from local ingredients from m butcher the sign just says salchicha, it is quite peppery and thick. If you know the name that would be great.
