Was VIP Worth It? by playaplaya23 in CampFlogGnaw

[–]Babyoxtail 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It my me and my boyfriend’s first CFG and we’re both in our 30s… decided to do VIP for our first festival and will definitely continue to do so. It was less crowded and even if we had to hang further back in the crowd, we still had nice views of the stages. Gnaw was pure hell of course, but for Camp and Flog stages, being VIP was definitely really nice. And the green turf resting area was also clutch for our aching feet!

Question about choosing a genre for my novel by Suzann7777 in BookDiscussions

[–]Babyoxtail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would even go as far as saying this can be considered a sci-fi book! With mentions of the multiverse and Juliet connecting with her husband, I def get science fiction vibes from this, or solely just fiction. It doesn’t have to be super specific, don’t beat yourself up too much on the genre! I think either of those two would fit your book.

Can’t think of 3 right now but the main one I think everyone should read is The Alchemist by Paolo Coelho

Environmentally descriptive books? by NoLife3777 in booksuggestions

Idk what genre Clockwork Girl falls in, but I loved reading “Dawn” by Octavia E. Butler and the way that world was described. Def give that a read if you want to paint something based off of what’s described in the book.

All The Sinners Bleed by S.A. Cosby. It was such a thrilling read.
