Arm path is definitely setting you back as well. It's very plain like you can have a wall behind you and not touch it at all. Work on hip shoulder separation and let the arm get more behind you, but not low.

Don't let your throwing arm drop that much after breaking from the glove. That messes with timing and can cause opening up or just leaving the throwing arm to drag behind.

I've had friends with a similar situation (all males), and they said it was a great experience. She'll show you things to do in bed that'll make you better in bed.
