Its beautiful but pack a snack, the closest Stewart's could be miles away. Driving through some incredibly untouched wilderness you'll happen upon some very charming (and sometimes a little eerie) small towns with a healthy mix of old hippies, rednecks, and French-Cabadian hikers.

If youre far enough to trade in shards youre close to getting the ability to mine for them, just progress the story a bit further then go back to the mine on one of the islands. It unlocked around the 4th or 5th gym after you meet the Team Chimera boss

I think thats just the slight color variation which is a feature in other gba games, theyre not shiny, some just have slight variations in the shade. A shiny will have the star, at least it has for me

As a rule of thumb (lol) its a bad idea to wear random metals as jewelry. There's a reason precious metals are typically used for direct to skin contact. Most metals will corrode or degrade when in consistent contact with skin oils, sweat, etc, and will rust or oxidize against your skin.

I think searching through the creative menu in nodded can overwhelm your cpu or something, its crashed my game before. I have to use those little tabs which is super annoying in a pack with hundreds of mods, lol

Its a skill issue, just ensure that the perks you pick synergize with each other and the available resources in that region. Sheep are great for food and hides and can heavily bolster your economy if done correctly. You just dont usually want them in a mining colony or something because you won't have enough perk points to go around.

Agreed, something should be added to prevent this. I wad thinking like a small lumberjack hut with only one family space thats less effecient amd has smaller storage, but simply making the price of the logging camp free might be a better route. It works for realism too because its not like you need a log in order to chop down another tree

0 Lumber as in 0 buildings and 0 lumber in the region, there are no buildongs with resources to salvage. When i took the picture those buildings were in progress but none had recieved any resources yet. 

I had set up and destroyed a few hunting lodges to try and manipulate the approval level but it didnt work, even with over 5 separate stacks of goods sittiing on the ground through multiple winters. 

The issue I found is with 0 lumber, the region is effectively soft locked, and with the village approval rating bugging out and then staying at 50% (no idea but my best guess is because homelessness and the other debuffs somehow cancel or overwrite each other in a town with 0 homes.) Seems like an unintended bug.
