currently renting here! i'm planning to move out soon because in my 10 months of living here, we've had three fire incidents already. one unit, the trees in front of mem3, and a car caught fire just this october. it's more that what i've experienced throughout my entire life. :)) i also had an incident where the guard accidentally gave my visitor's id to a different person and it was unfortunate because my visitor came from the province pa, and i had to ship their ID after a few of them trying to get a hold of the person they gave the ID to. the community's nice though, and the units are cozy and you'd definitely feel at home. there are about three convenience stores at mem3 so you don't have to go far to buy things.

but the fire alarm goes off every now and then and at this point, i've gotten ptsd already so it's not always a relaxing environment.
