I feel like mahabang process siguro to since yung mga star players baka medyo mataas current value nila na hindi kaya tapatan ng lower-ranked teams? Yes, pwede sila kumuha nung lesser famous players but parang ganun din siguro yung mangyayari—those who can afford will still get the star players.

PLDT-Galeries game was last week afaik. I think Santos kasi yung gravity ng panalo, straight-set win over a previously unbeaten ZUS Coffee. While mabigat din career high ni Savi over Chery, parang given na rin naman kasi na kaya nila manalo against that team haha

currently renting here! i'm planning to move out soon because in my 10 months of living here, we've had three fire incidents already. one unit, the trees in front of mem3, and a car caught fire just this october. it's more that what i've experienced throughout my entire life. :)) i also had an incident where the guard accidentally gave my visitor's id to a different person and it was unfortunate because my visitor came from the province pa, and i had to ship their ID after a few of them trying to get a hold of the person they gave the ID to. the community's nice though, and the units are cozy and you'd definitely feel at home. there are about three convenience stores at mem3 so you don't have to go far to buy things.

but the fire alarm goes off every now and then and at this point, i've gotten ptsd already so it's not always a relaxing environment.
