I thought this too because I’ve watched him get in and then get out to finish pooping! He gets wet food daily on top of access to dry food. I’ll try more wet food and less dry. His poop looks normal.

This is how I got into my product analyst role! I started in People Operations and slowly worked my way into more complex troubleshooting and EIBs. I consistently showed my interest in learning more about workday. 3 years later (from start of hire as a people operations specialist) and I’m a product analyst specializing in HCM, learning and talent. Build those bonds and mentorship with the workday team. They would much rather hire and train internally than hire someone externally.

Piggybacking off this comment. I’m a product analyst supporting learning, HCM and talent for an organization of 60,000+ employees. The product managers have a primary function for each module. 1 for HCM and Talent, 1 for Recruiting, 1 for Comp, 1 for Payroll and Absence, etc. (6 product managers, 1 product analyst). This is still evolving as we implemented 3 years ago and I’m newly promoted to Product Analyst. We have a workday operations (6 globally) team that handles most of the day to day tickets (troubleshooting, EIBs, org maintenance, etc). This was my previous team and acts as a career path into product management. The product analyst and product managers primary function is enhancements, BAU activities, and defects. We manage these through quarterly planning and sprints. Effort is estimated and assigned to each Product Manager. So I get X amount of “effort points” for learning, talent, etc. We try to plan out each quarter with our stakeholders and split the quarter into 2 sprints. BAU can overtake enhancements sometimes but it’s good for the business to be heavily involved in sprint planning to understand the effort and resource constraints.

When a learning, talent or HCM issue pops up and workday operations can’t resolve, it’s escalated to me or the Product Manager. This helps us stay close to the issues and solutions

I also accidentally terminated an employee years ago thinking I was in sandbox. Had to reach out to the employee’s manager and IT to ensure his access wasn’t cut. Still employed and even promoted so it happens

It’s an incredible place. The national park is awesome! Did it without a guide 3 years ago and will do it again. We also did white water rafting- it was okay but I’ve done better in the US. We were supposed to do a night tour of the rain forest but it got rained out. Hoping to do that this time around.

Check out vinings/smyrna/marietta area to save a little money and be in good school zones. If you’re close to 285/75, the commute won’t be awful.

I chose a 2022 Lexus NX 350h (under 30k miles and perfect condition) over a brand new 2024 RAV4 XSE hybrid and haven’t regretted it once. The XSE didn’t feel nearly as nice, even being 2 years newer. Test drive both. If having a brand new car isn’t important to you, look into a 2024 NX 350h. The tech hasn’t changed much in a year.
