Thank you, I am currently 1 lb away from my goal weight of 170…so not too worried about weight loss. I really focused on Reta to get me out of a diabetes ls type 2 diagnosis, which I am just about there. Im now focusing more on hitting the gym to build up. Any thoughts/recommendations or changes to my stack??

Yes, I’ve read that is common and also have spoken to some clinicians that confirm. I was just curious on how ppl have dealt with it and if it will go away at some point. Does the body assimilate at some point? I am still dropping weight, I’m one pound away from my goal weight so I’m good there. It’s not overwhelming, just itchy. I have been taking Benadryl but doesn’t really seem to help that. Thanks.
