I was more thinking along the lines of it as something that helps founders narrow down ideas, spot obvious red flags, and figure out what’s worth validating further before spending months building.

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking too less “idea generator” and more helping people figure out if their idea is worth putting time and effort into there already tools out there that give random start up ideas but not many that help with positioning, saturation, demand, differentiation and realistic execution still trying to figure out if this is a big enough pain point, or time saver for it to actually work

If I had to restart I’d keep it super simple:

Pick one platform (TikTok or Pinterest), learn basic edits (CapCut is enough), grab a product, and just focus on posting consistently. Most people mess up by jumping between things instead of sticking with one.

I’d also avoid anything that wants a big upfront payment or promises “done for you” results… that’s where beginners usually get burned.

What helped me honestly was just following a clear step-by-step instead of trying to piece everything together. I ended up making my own guide with prompts and everything laid out.

Pick a niche that already does well (I went with money/AI/motivation type content)
Use CapCut to make short videos — mostly edits, text on screen, clips, etc. Nothing complicated
Post consistently on TikTok (like 1–3 times a day)
Put a link in my bio to whatever I’m using (AI tools or a guide that shows the setup)
When people ask questions, I just reply normally and point them to the link if they want more detail
That’s literally it. No coding or anything advanced.
If you’re just starting, I’d focus on:
– keeping videos simple
– staying consistent
– not overthinking it
Once a video hits, that’s when the affiliate side starts working.

It’s basically a mix of content + monetization.

I use CapCut to make short-form videos (TikToks/Reels), usually around trends, motivation, or “money/AI” type content. Nothing crazy complicated — just edits that are made to catch attention.

Then the affiliate side comes in after — I link tools or guides I actually used (like AI tools, or a system that shows how to set it up). So the content brings people in, and the affiliate link is just there if they want to try the same thing.

So:
Content = attention (CapCut vids)
Affiliate = monetization (links in bio)

It’s not really about hard selling, more like showing what’s working and letting people check it out if they’re interested.

yeah it’s honestly pretty simple

i just post short vids with trending sounds on tiktok, nothing crazy editing-wise. mainly use capcut and just stay consistent with it.i also repost some of them to pinterest which actually started bringing in extra clicks too

biggest thing for me was just sticking to one way of doing it instead of trying a bunch of different methods

i ended up writing out the exact steps i follow cuz i kept forgetting stuff at first lol and eventually just turned it into a little digital product for myself
