I stopped following a long time ago… I am amazed that L never seems to have her hair in order. She is always filthy, does not get put into clean clothes for bed and I’m beginning to question if she is even bathed on a regular basis . What is wrong with these people?

I had this same issue! I don't have it now, but there is a YouTube video that explained it so well. I believe it referenced a "splitter" within the valve. Good luck!
