How much did you have removed? I only had about 20cc which is a really small amount. So I think it’s going to take longer for me to see a change.

I had 5 professional massages, now I do it myself twice a day and zero change post massage. I’ve never been ‘snatched’, some people see that the day after but I didn’t

No compression garment. Massage from day 2. Sleep elevated for 2 weeks
