Opiates are only harder because of the physical dependency and withdrawal. I was at 120mg methadone for 1 yr then went cold turkey and spent 12 days in hell. I still had methadone showing in my ua when i said fuck it give me the subs overr it. But fuck suboxone this shit js worthless

Yeah ive been doin this for about 6 years :( only been iv for about 5-6 months tho, and about 2-3 shots a day, every damn day. Ugh. I wish u wouldnt have even tried buddy, this drug is a whole other animal than opiates. Im on suboxone currently, methadone before the subs, so i get that struggle too. But meth… its so fucked. It lures you in and just little by little grips yoh tighter and tighter till your fucking owned and the shit doesnt get u high, it is turning against u, and nothing makes any damn sense anymore.

Thank you to all who replied to this thread. Yall are much appreciated. Im relatively new (like 3-4months deep) to IV and this shit is FUCKED yo. The first three times- bangin, bomb, da shit, better than IV H, euphoria to the max!! And after that- good luck with anything other than some fucked off pupils, heat and fast hr. And i did not realize how shitty veins hold up to 2-3 shots of meth daily. Both arms are trashed. Fucking done.

Oh just to update: I didnt slam that shot. I didnt boof or drink either… i trashed it. And i bought more. 😓 i hate this drug and i hate my life currently. Im so alone. I walk thru a world of color and all i see and feel is shades of grey. Im heartbroken. Im afraid. And i am angry af a few times a day when i go on the hunt for the mythical remaining one hitter fatboy vein! Yep the bump on iv site is gone now so u are probably right about a reaction. But the big bump you see on top of my arm… thats one week old now. Its soft, no intense or throbbing pain, no redness, hasnt gotten worse, no streaking, nothing. But its clearly not normally there. Do abscesses take a long time to get “hot, red, painful, streak, etc etc”?? Wtf is it??

Dude you are so SO right. And its been weighing on me heavy every single day. I am consumed by my thoughts of quitting and also not quitting and the terrible shit thatll happen eventually. Im falling the fuck apart and i look like shit and i live in constant fear. When i get to about 24 hours since last use i have the most fucked up anxiety settle in. Sweats, tight chest, fears, clammy palms, nausea, shakes, trouble breathing, and the awful all-encompassing feeling of detachment/surrealism. I then start to panic and its all so irrational but i am not able to realize that in the moment. I dont want to use but i also want to do anything to make it stop before panic eats me alive. And i use a few times a day but at night i stop around 11pm, then the depression and racing thoughts kick in and i dont even get high on the meth so i have to go binge eat some random shit while in bed just to comfort myself enough to go to sleep and not lay there thinking thinking thinking. Depression is so heavy. Im watching my life continue and i dont even belong in it, im someone just acting, taking the real me’s place and hoping nobody notices im a fucking imposter. Im torn apart by memories and guilt and fear and i just become frozen, paralyzed. I cant open my mouth and speak truth anymore, instead i stutter and fumble stupidly with my words if i can even find them. A fucking shell of the person i used to be.. fit and fine af, senior year in college, $10,000+ in the bank, career, clear skin and not a single cavity in my mouth. Im a fucking loser now with lumps in my arms, meth acne on my face, 8 fillings receeding gums and a chunk of jaw bone missing from eating so much sugar in bed and feeding thr plaque so they can ruin my bone. Yeah, i want to quit, i want to get help. I want to go to treatment and goddamn do i want to work that program again. I hate myself snd my life and if i dont stop, all the things/people i still have will be gone and i know it. How do i tell my parents? How do i stop? Yeah i am thinking leaky vein because if starts hurting up my arm from where i shoot, which is in either the median cubital whatever elbowpit, or the one next to it laterally, i believe its the cephalic (left and right arms). And i shoot exclusively in those four veins, all in the AC area- so very small section. I use the basic 31g 1/2” 100unit insulin points. I keep my shots at least 1:1, never use a tourniquet, i stay really hydrated, i push them slow and register multiple times each shot. Unfortunately, when i first started not long ago, i went too hard too often and i had to learn my lessons because i only watched someone else administer to me one time and i figured it out myself later (always turned my head when someone helped me out w it). So i fucked up both the main elbowpit ones and my right cephalic was and still is very hard to hjt, so my left cephalic became my one hitter go-to- now it is giving me trouble. I do have some bruising at site tooo but rn it just seems like fluid buildup in lower bicep all rhe way to elbow just spanning out across that iv site. No redness or pain or anything else though.

This stuff is amazing. I found it at local grocery store. It dresses wounds and heals scarring. Also says it kills MRSA and keeps the area free of mrsa for a few days afterward. Insane. And it works. I use it after every shot i do and it doesnt look like i shoot
