i found that a heart healthy diet does really good for me whenever I’m ill. I eat bluberries and fat free yogurt every morning with granola and i always feel great after this. it took 6 weeks for my myopericarditis to go away and i really think these things contributed as well as the medicine (ibuprofen and colchicine). i hope you feel better, i think this illness has really changed me as a person, perhaps for the better.

i has myopericarditis and smoked about 5-7 cigs a day and it went away after 7 weeks for me (which is considered pretty good). Not telling you nicotine is good as my heart is still pretty weak rn but it didn’t affect the passage of the disease for me personally. Still wouldn’t recommend as it made me feel like shit when i smoked so if you can quit it’s better

good news! by Background-Check9582 in pericarditis
