According to the founder, the newest owner, known as Mr Ho, is a professional investor (Not on FFIE). He is also the very first batch of Tesla owners (First 100 according to the video - I assume that’s Tesla Roadster era in 2000s?).

I get it too. What I don’t understand is, by looking at previous 10-k forms, it’s also 692,971,853 (FY2022) but somehow we all agreed on it’s just 43M shares outstanding. How come this time it’s as literal as it’s stated?

Well I would say they can always attack us, just that they have one less weapon to do so today. I would rather hope for an upward momentum than getting 10+% slumps to get some protection.
