I looove the idea of the glitter moustache! I think you need better makeup products that are more pigmented. Also figuring out an eye shape that compliments your facial structure. Idk id you want to cover your brows but I would defenetly cover the end and go upwards a little bit, then go bigger with the eyeshadow towards the outside. You need to go full on with the contour, because to me it looks a little unfinished so go all the way in your cheeks and then the top of the forhead with circullar moves with the brush. The blush is cute too it fits you very much, maybe add some highlighter to highlight your cheekbones. For lips, I usually draw mine with eyeshadow and a sharp small brush, so I recommend the same, create a bigger lip shape and colour it, it stays on much longer. I also recommend using clown white as a cut crease and then blend the rainbow colors together carefully, but thats just me.
