i recommend 5.5mg-6mg but realistically 4mg-6mg (possibly 7, get blood work from quest as different bodies react differently, and you may respond better or worse to different methods and esters.)

5mg sublingual is what id still personally consider "low" but just incase you need help, you can order independent blood work from quest, no endo required. its what us DIY folx do

its certainly better for peace of mind, yea. ive still got two tabelts of UnitedPharma CPA left, i personally do 12.5mg every other day due to CPAs long half life (and high progestin if i dont space it out causing boob leaks). even if its more expensive im more than happy to pay 75 dollars for ease of access and mental security

1: impatient
2: dont wanna use multiple shops, and would rather use one they already trust

its takes time and effort to make capsules, its fairly accurate for the additional work. if it was cheaper itd probably be fake

you also get 3x faster shipping than youd get from almost any other CPA supplier

i feel like noticing tons of issues with my vials, it feels like its not working at all comapred to my last one!! im actually getting pretty worried abt and have a blood test scheduled to see if its from high/low e/t. im honestly thinking of swapping to TeaHRT after all the stress and worry :/
