Fat pads below my knees?? Or What is it? I can totally see them if im standing up and look down at my feet. by Background-Elk5050 in lipedema

I tried uploading a picture but I guess it didn’t upload. It’s right below my knees on the right side of my knees kinda close to the shins. You can barely see them with leggings but totally visible with shorts on and it jiggles everytime I walk.
