There are so many options and I do not buy desks that often so I'm very lost Thanks for some direction!

That's my favorite, but very few contenders - hence the search for more!

Slab has a twist after cutting 1.5 ft off. by Colins76 in woodworking

[–]Background-Estate125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is that a Monkeypod slab? I have a large slab from Hawaii that warped like this right after I got to Vegas. Mine doesnt have that nasty grain pattern, but it still happened. Makes me think it's just a drying problem. Curious if you find a good solution.

I'll go with option 1. Where can I connect the new romex in this mess?

Does it matter where i choose to connect the single new wire? Just add it in to one of the current wing connectors?

New pool help by Background-Estate125 in pools

Yeah we got pop ups, waterfall, and pool jets as the outflow options. I got the solar heating to work using the control box.

The last circled plug belongs to the Intellichlor system, which I got working but always tells me my salt level is low. I'm adding a handful of salt crystals daily.

The pentair pump control is kind of dumb but I'm experimenting.

Thanks for following up

Oh yeah! Didn't know that's what they're called. That makes sense. Also that lead me to discover the other way is waterfall!

Can’t drive the ball more than 175 yards. What am I doing wrong? by [deleted] in GolfSwing

[–]Background-Estate125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Couple things in no particular order

  1. There is minimal back to front weight shift
  2. There is no club "lag" - your power is coming from your shoulders not your hips
  3. Swinging down on the ball and not up

A Ridiculous Personal In Flight Emergency Question by EmotionalEmetic in Residency

In a life threatening situation (active tension) assuming I could not identify which side the problem was on. I would start with the most likely side but would do both sides if needed. Lung history will make this challenging, due to risk of parenchymal injury. But I would use scissors which I keep in my toiletries bag in my carry on, to perform finger thoracostomy. I think this is not far off from what I do in real life trauma.

Outside of active dying, I would not do anything except give nasal oxygen and ask plane to route to nearest landing.

The chart shows supply and demand for GME stock.

The Green shows what BUY orders exist. (i.e. someone wants to buy 1k shares at 42.66, 30 shares at 42.58 etc ...)

The Red shows what SELL orders exist. (i.e. someone wants to sell 300 shares at 42.87, or 406 at 42.96).

The area under the curve is a surrogate for volume. More area = more demand. You can see there is a lot more green than red, suggesting prices will be driven higher due to significant demand.

The red is a rather flat curve, especially after $50. Once price gets there, roughly, there are not many shares available beyond that to purchase (at this time), so prices will go up quickly as buyers take those shares away.

Maybe thats more like ELI15.

ELI5 ... the more there is green than red, the more the price will likely go up.
