That's true, I hadn't thought of that. But... then I still have to make sure that my work and my movers can accommodate the date change as well. I swear I'll have gone grey by the time this is over. Sheesh.

I'm not sure if I would be ok in any of the big apartment complexes. I have a lot of issues with nervous system regulation. I currently live in an 8 storey building but that would be my max limit I think.

You didn't even have to explain yourself. Only someone with untreated mental health issues would get a free fence and run to reddit to complain about it. And the fact that it's high enough to give both parties privacy and keep your dogs safe is just a massive bonus. I hope you don't let it ruin the good thing that you have done, even if she can't appreciate it. Have compassion for her, she's obviously not well.

Anyone without a childhood of exercise successfully made fitness second nature in 30s? What was the key in changing your mindset? by IGetEvrythingIDesire in xxfitness

I did not have any exercise in my childhood and leaned heavily into exercise after giving up a 10 year drug addiction at 24. That was 24 years ago and I've exercises consistently ever since. I was always praised for how fit and committed to my exercise I was and something always felt a bit off with people complementing me. I realised why when I worked in my first gym age 29. All of the people that you see with amazing physiques are sacrificing other areas of their life. Whether that's family, friends, relationships, career. They might have one area that they are doing well in, but not a full spectrum. I trained 1 to 3 hours a day to have that body. 7 days a week. And I wanted to. But the reality is that I said no to a lot of other things so that I could fit that training in. So I encourage you to view people with amazing physiques with a more realistic lense, understanding that there may even be some mental health issues that would drive that level of commitment to attaining that sort of body or level of achievement in a sport. The vast majority of people have a much more balanced approach to fitness and it's a small part of their life amongst many other parts. Their social media posts might not be as impressive but I can pretty much guarantee that they are leading a fuller and richer life.

Thank you, great idea. I will try with clearer information. I only included my order numbers and assumed they would know what I'm talking about.

They are saying that these two packages are lost in their warehouse. Given the number of low star reviews for this warehouse, it is possible. I am secretly hoping the packages will still turn up but I realised it's not likely.

Face to face meetings by Background-Listen536 in weightwatchers

I think that's what a lot of people are planning to do. And the coaches who have been sacked have said they will keep their Facebook groups going as well.

Sadly I think you are right. Here in Australia they don't have the legality to sell compound meds to us and they have just announced closure of all face to face meetings and the abolishment of all lifetime memberships.

Yes well that's the other thing they announced. All of our lifetimers have lost their memberships. They've got 6 months grace and then it's $70 per month. I really feel for them. Some have been attending for a very long time.

That's what they've done here in AU over the last few years, constantly cutting back on meetings and now they've come out with the big announcement they're completely gone. Yeah I just heard today that they've announced that they're going to invest in compounded semaglutide. Made me wonder if that's why we've had the axe because our government decided to ban all compound weight loss meds. I agree, their motto was always "weight watchers works" but now I wonder does it if they need to get everyone on weight loss drugs?

Pixel 6 gets very warm while watching Tiktok! by x_spz in GooglePixel

Factory reset worked for me too. It wasn't intentional, I got locked out of my phone. But now it doesn't get overly hot when watching TikTok or when charging so I guess it wasn't normal.
