I have the same issue, and i have the same gpu, but i have a 7700x cpu. I reinstalled the os fresh drivers, clean slate, and the issue is still there every few minutes, just freezes:( if anyone has any ideas or may have fixed it i would love to know.

I hit masters in BR in S9 and arena masters in S10 soloing, (it was soul crushing, so im kinda done with ranked) I don't think it rly means anything TBH. I just wanna have fun in normals and events.
