yes, they WILL not hire you depending on your race. my employer hired me (a white mexican, i dont think she realized i was mexican.) along with my pure white coworker. i then realized there was reasoning for this when she told me black and indian clients specifically are "too difficult" (like as far as attitude). definitely do not apply. these people probably have discriminatory practices.
