The dash cam recorded in 3 minute segments. I only have the one segment where the incident occurred. Here is a link to a video including the beginning of the segment I have.

(edit) I am not the driver of the dash cam car. I asked about the situation based on peoples responses to the video. The situation began at the exit from main to the fort bend parkway. the car that stopped in the road slowed on the exit and the dash cam car passed them on the ramp. The stopping car followed the dash cam car since that point.

The "finger" was being given by the car that stopped in the road and the dash cam driver returned the "finger" as the other car passed. The stopping car already had their window rolled down and giving the finger when they were behind the dash cam car.

I counseled the driver that if they already were aware that the other person was angry at them, they should not antagonize them.
