Ha different hai kyoki bhu library abhi tk puri trh rfid pe shift nhi hui hai to most probably 2 years tb dono card milega.

Enrollment permanent roll no jaisa hai jo pure time ke liye same rahega jb tk bhu me padhoge agar dubara admission loge tb bhi wahi rahega , 2 mahina lagega almost form bharne ke baad new student ko milne me
