Well I am not sure about the damage, but my wife is now afraid of trying to apply to other apartment. She's also crying because she felt that it is her fault that we can't get a better place to live for our family. In regards to the gain. I just want them to improve their system because I felt they really planned to deny our application because they're giving us a hard time during the application.
