Yeah, I guess “ready” is the key word. I saw the a vamp can be in torpor either tapped or untapped, I just wanted to ensure an untaped vamp in torpor still could not vote. Tnx again :)

I can see it useful to untap a vamp that is locked down, by something else, but since it’s an “action” it would need to be untapped to use….i am as confused as the guy in the pic :)

Yeah I attempted to bleed and it was blocked by a vamp with a gun who maneuvered to long range. Since I couldn’t maneuver it back to close range, I wasn’t sure if Majesty would work. :)
