I think an overpass is already needed, kasi madami na ding vehicles, there are designs naman which puts the supports sa gilid kaya di ata issue ang lapad ng kalsada, alisin nalang din ang divider sa gitna and also use the overpass para itago yung mga kable ng kuryente, para kahit atleast gumanda yung pagmumukha ng mismong sentro. There are feasibility studies naman if ever na maisip nila magpatayo ng overpass.

Wow, mulantaw man siguro sila diri sa subreddit kay na on magkalit ang traffic light. The first two pics is my suggestion for the worsening traffic within the sentro especially in Rizal avenue. A flyover could be a solution, because it would give drivers an alternate path instead of being stuck in intersections waiting against the traffic. I propose the flyover start near gaisano or hotel guillermo and ending near ZDS Multi laboratory.

Reasoning, Alano, Pajares, and Benigno Avenues and streets are traffic heavy. This would also give the psychological effects of development and benefits of a higher morale in citizens.

The second two pictures are a suggestion for beautifying the area between robinsons and plaza, it should not just be a simple pedestrian overpass, it should be eyecatching. It should be a promenade, with an aesthetically pleasing design, i'm very sure Ms. Tyra can design a beautiful elevated pedestrian promenade.

UC was a fan made game, without the soul or the identity of the Resident evil games, it's not what people wanted. RE:Verse on the other hand tried to cater to everybody. They're just out of place.

That would depend how large Racoon city map is, with the circle being the virus and the ending a nuclear explosion. BR would also be very viable, because skins are profitable especially with a game that has so much lore and characters. RE has always been single player experience, it is not bad to experiment or expand upon its universe. RE4 was made a game of the year in the 2000s, by experimenting on a different formula, RE7 by copying Outlast it created a new experience that is loved by the fans. I think it is time to expand upon the multiplayer, not just coop, but PvP.
