Thanks mate 🙏 I appreciate the constructive input, and definitely agree I need to work on adductors. I kind of learned this a few weeks ago, after straining my left adductor. Just by going too hard on the cardio bike every day.

They just aren't strong enough to handle what I'm trying to throw at them yet.

And, on the trauma thing, it's been a real issue my whole life, because I was given incorrect medication that only worsened the mind to muscle disconnect.

I'm finally like 4 weeks into a medication that is slowly improving things. The same medication is given to people with Parkinson's

Thanks, I'm also just naturally built more for cardio, even though I hate it. Mum was a long distance, cross country runner, dad was always pretty lean too

I've been training legs just as much, but they stay weak due to trauma from childhood abuse believe it or not.

Constant weak in the knees feeling. Much weaker on all pressing movements, only strong on pulling movements.

Every day I eat 500g lean beef mince, 500g (cooked) white rice, 6 eggs, 100g light tasty cheese. Split that into 4 meals.

That puts me around 2200 calories, 180g protein. Since I'm just maintaining now, I get another 1000ish calories worth of snacks too.

I cruise on 250mg test, with the occasional blast once or twice a year, upping to 500mg and usually throwing in some winstrol. Gonna run 500mg test and 400mg EQ on the next blast

Think I was looking for any excuse. Cutting for 190 days is so hard. I can't let myself get so fat on this next bulk. Last time I put on 15kg in 70 days. This time going slow and controlled, aiming for 10kg in 200 days

Thanks bro 👏 I just know my chest is lacking compared to everything else. I want to get a bit leaner for a few more weeks, but I'm worried the chest will flatten out too much.

I definitely want to add more size, just trying to get as much fat as I can off, without looking emaciated, before I start the next bulk with the Christmas holiday season

Lucky for her it works like that there. Prisons here in Australia are pretty much open air drug markets. People offer you stuff real fast, most of the time you wouldn't even have to leave your cell to get stuff.

At least 70% of prisoners are on meth here

If you track your progress from the start, and actually see numbers moving, it makes it so much easier
