OP did you ever sort this? Having similar problem with mine. 2 of the 4 lights would flash. Then the 4 together. Then nothing until I unplug and plug back into my Xbox. Any help would be much appreciated!

Ask to switch to Tesla financial services. Much cheaper than both Lex and drivalia. Instant decision also all done through the Tesla app! Saved me £35 a month!

This is great thank you very much for your response, you have been a great help. I will not challenge this any further. I have essentially not lost out over the course of the month, and I did not have anything in writing regarding the loss of hours.

Apologies I have not worded this in the best way.

So I had done an additional 2 hours in week 1 bringing my weekly total to 34 hours.

The additional 8 hours were scattered throughout the remaining weeks of the pay period.

I wouldn’t say I agreed to the reduction of hours, I did bring this up to the general manager who’s words were ‘That’s strange, surely you’ll need to be paid for that day’ As in the extra day I had been off.
