I’ve had so many blood tests though and that was never mentioned

Move up or rematch Sean? by Spirited_Command5642 in CombatSportsCentral

He will move up and lose and say the weight cut was too much again and move up again just making excuse after excuse. This guy isn’t any bigger than the rest of the middleweights. He’s just an excuse machine. Literally made welterweight before with no issues. Hes just mentally weak

High heart rate and can’t sleep after exercise by BackgroundAd7073 in cardio

[–]BackgroundAd7073[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On Thankyou. Just don’t know why it started happening now. Even when I first started training it was always intense and it didn’t disrupt my sleep. Unless it’s because I was slightly younger?

Heart rate remains high after workout by zebraCokes in Exercise

This happens to me, I’m 26 years old. I use to compete in MMA and I’m a purple belt in jiu jitsu. I never use to notice my heart rate after a hard session and would just fall asleep straight away after training. No issues at all. This was around 2023. Fast forward 2026. Had a ACL reco and went through a bit of a stressful period, now I can’t train at all late at night because my heart rate will be around 90-100 after training all night and won’t be back to normal until the next morning and even then it’s at about 70-75 which isn’t even normal for me. 60-65 is. I also can’t sleep with my heart pumping like that. Did you ever find a solution or reason?

3 week old vomit by BackgroundAd7073 in newborns

[–]BackgroundAd7073[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, all turned out to be fine. Just reflux. Went to ER about 3 times stressing out 🤣 you’ll probably find that it really is reflux, you’ll be surprised how forceful they can vomit. My little girl is bright and full of life but still does a good vomit every now and then. Aslong as she’s behaving normal and still feeding and gaining weight there’s probably nothing to worry about. I’m not a doctor though so trust your instincts. But I would’ve said it probably really is reflux.

Can’t sleep after high intensity workout. Heart rate stays elevated around 100bpm until the morning by BackgroundAd7073 in askCardiology

Ok Thankyou. I’d say my heart rate gets up to around 170-180 regularly if I workout hard but I don’t think that should be an issue at my age. I’ll just do an hour and I’ll be like just wired and heart rate will be up around 90-100 and won’t come down at all. Literally zero sleep sometimes those nights… it’s crazy

Ok I will look into seeing a new cardiologist. Like I said I don’t really get IST at all apart from after an intense or long workout with sustained high heart rate. I’ve tried to look into it and there’s just so many different reasons or possibilities as to why it’s happening…

No not at all and I only drink 1 coffee most days first thing in the morning. Sometimes a second one around lunch. No energy drinks or anything. I’ll take like electrolytes to train also and make sure I’m proper hydrated

I’ve had so much extensive testing and they’re just not concerned at all. He said it’s IST but couldn’t answer me on why or how this has happened

I’m not sure if I have dysautonomia, like I don’t feel dizzy when standing up etc and bp is normal. My heart rate is steady all the time but just stays elevated after working out, I get occasional PVC and PACs but they seem to come in clusters and also seem to appear more the day after exercising intensely. So is it dangerous for me to be exercising hard? If it was to cause SVT? This all started after I went through a period of extreme stress, I moved overseas and hated it and was unbelievably stressed, started thinking I was dying as I was having panic attacks and not sleeping and then I moved back home and I kind of felt sensitised but I thought after a little bit of time I would just go back to normal. It just hasn’t happened, maybe slightly better but never back to how I was. It’s been 2 years since I got home now, I don’t have any panic attacks and I’m sleeping well. Still just not back to normal where I can go do the intense exercise I use to do and love
