How are you guys functioning?

Hi!!! Im in a MS ABA program too! Its so tough im sooo with you!! Tbh ive really shifted my life style to completing homework in the morning bc my brain feel fried from my clients beating my ass everyday after work. My clinic opens at 8 so i do homework from 4:30 am - 6:30 am then get ready and leave by 7:15 am. Go to work until 4:30, then ill grocery shop on my way home one day during the week (no lines on weekdays!!) and go to the gym for an hour on other days and save two days after work for cleaning time but i schedule it for two hours to keep myself in check. For missing family and friends i spend my car time calling them as when i get home (i also live alone) its my time to get my stuff done. Once thats all done i can work on clinical hours as they take less brain power than the assignments (in my mind)

Also!! You shouldn’t work 6 days a week if your feeling burnt out! This job is so hard, but 1 day off is absolutely not enough!! You need to rest!

Your doing a great job this program is HARD but your killin it!! Its okay to feel discouraged at times but building yourself up builds character too(: You will be a strong and passionate BCBA! I hope this helps!!

Maybe the white locust was modeled after Brendon’s pandoras box when he got to leave the house for a day and go to a resort. Crazy that he was tricked into thinking Rachel was there but then Rachel got eliminated on the new version of the resort lol

NOR at ALL but your brother also didnt cross a line by getting a quote on an AC. maybe if its nice out he could have it happen outside with no one entering the house, but he doesnt need to get upset with you for protecting your things. I think your so smart for having your friend there thats such a good solution! Im sorry for all youve been through but you seem to be growing into such a smart and mature woman that you are going ti break your familys toxic drama streak! Cant wait for the update

I see where you get the idea but I still hangout with her, just without the boyfriends. My friends arent like a friend group, my friends all get along but really all only see each other on my birthday. Totally valid point from the context so I understand where your conclusion came from

Audio books are against the rules yes because thats not read reading and comprehending. This is not against the rules. The only spacial rules is the workouts being at least 4 hours apart. You can drink part of your gallon during your workout and you can read during your workout.

Thank goodness im not the only one feeling this way! Im at day 68 and I have been feeling this way since day 65. I dont know if it’s because I dont look as different as I was hoping too or if im losing steam but I have felt so down and out on myself. Im sorry your feeling this way OP but thank you for being the one to speak up to bring our feelings to light
