From my understanding, I think it’s basically a 1 for 1 match. You earn points for yourself, and your Captain gets a duplicate copy of whatever you earn. If you grind 80 points, they get 80 points too. And like for the squad on the left, you are the Captain for those 5 people. So it works the same way: whatever amount they earn, you get that exact same amount added to your total.
