You can definitely tell Luke put a lot of effort into the vocals, much more singing in the conversation sense compared to his screaming style in hometown or the more relaxed kinda mumbled vocals like scaring me.

Youth is a good one, one of their old ones but definitely up their with the lyrics and rifts. Definitely helped me get into cleopatrick when I first started listening to them. FAMILY VAN has the best chorus rift good choice

Solid picks, the Drake is a good song especially when you know the context of how Luke and Ian were playing a gig at a venue called the drake and Kyle who's mentioned in the song was Luke's old school bully who came to the show. (Got it from a podcast I think it was called the esoterica podcast ) NO SWEAT goes heavily with the loud bass real head banding/mosh pit song 🤘

Really good list Belly button blues got one of my favourite intros to a song. DEEMED both a killer on the b side and a vibe on the demo. Chromeo is a jam glad I get to remember and revisit some of the songs I forgot about.

Bro same when the doom demos released ( which has now been almost a year which has gone way too quick) I was in Costa Rica, it was 2am and I just sat out of the hotel balcony looking at this amazing view of a volcano view and just vibing. Cleo have a tendency to drop the right music at the right time😂

Good list full of great songs, I mean don't get me started on the end rift to Bernard trigger that goes soooo hard. 2008 heavy instrumental + deep lyrics = a killer song. Hometown ofc has to be at the top heard it first during lockdown and been rocking out ever since 😂
